The Provincial Government of Zamboanga Sibugay strictly adheres to the Philippine Government’s public procurement reform agenda by following the rules and procedures as laid down in The Government Procurement Reform Act of 2003(R.A. 9184) which provides the rules and regulations to modernize, standardize, and regulate the procurement activities of the government.
